Project Coordinator / Sales Representative

EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY! Will train the right people Assurance Construction Solutions LLC. is an established, local construction company with over 50yrs experience. We will give you the training, materials, and support to ensure your success.

This position is ideal for:

• Students/realtors/car salesmen or anyone wanting to make a change (waiters or waitresses, Best Buy salespeople or anyone in the service industry, etc.)
• Former or current military serviceman/women
• Customer service orientated people
• Sales, project management, or construction professionals
• This position pays on how much effort you are willing to put into it. So, if you want to make $50,000 a year or $250,000 a year, it might be just the right fit for you.

What happens when you work with us:

• We’ll provide you with the training you need, marketing support, and your professional attire (employee shirts, jackets, hats, etc.)
• Work with a sales manager during your training period. They’ll be there to support you by answering your questions and guiding you to success
• Use the training techniques you learn alongside your own attributes to effectively manage self-generated leads and those from our marketing department
• Join homeowners during inspections
• Documenting and taking pictures of any damages or issues
• Gain the skills needed for our project management programs, as well as our estimating programs and procedures
• Market our company and yourself as reliable, trustworthy, and experienced to each homeowner

You are your own boss! You will manage your time based on the training provided. If you work hard from spring to fall, you can easily make six figures.

Compensation:

• Allowance during training to get you by until the first sale
• Commission scale from 30%-45% per project, with your commission level growing as your sales grow
• Additional bonus plan upon reaching certain milestones
